Does an AI policy guarantee compliance?
No single document guarantees compliance. Our work focuses on your actual use of AI, responsibilities, data handling and staff awareness. Where legal or technical assessment is needed, we identify it and agree the next step.
Can I get support for another country?
Tell us which country you operate in. We confirm the applicable scope, language and availability of any necessary local specialist review before accepting the work. An English translation is not, by itself, a legal adaptation for another jurisdiction.
Do you provide legal representation?
JDS & Co s.r.o. provides GDPR and compliance support, not advocate services. Where you need legal advice or representation reserved to an attorney, we arrange contact with a collaborating specialist. You agree their service, fee and terms directly with them.
